Check the job advertisement to see who you should address your application to. If you name the right contact person, you will make a positive first impression.
Carefully checked
Have someone else read through your letter of motivation before you send it off. This will ensure that your application is error-free - a complete and clean dossier makes a good impression.
Company-specific
You don't have to write a literary masterpiece. We are interested in what excites you about Thermoplan and our working environment and why you would like to do your apprenticeship with us.
Job-specific
Tell us why you are interested in this apprenticeship, what you particularly like and - if you have already completed a trial apprenticeship - what impressions you gained from it.
Aim of your application
Please let us know whether you are applying for an apprenticeship or whether you would like to get to know the profession first (e.g. as part of a taster apprenticeship). This will enable us to classify your application correctly.
In good time
Find out about our apprenticeships early on. We recommend that you prepare your application dossier before the summer vacation. Our apprenticeship positions for the following summer are posted on August 1.

Company-owned fitness studio MOVE
Our employees train free of charge 24/7 in our in-house MOVE fitness studio. The training area is supervised from 16:00 to 18:00. There are also various group courses.
Cost sharing massage
Tense? Thermoplan will pay half the cost of CHF 20 for an in-house twenty-minute "chair massage".
Membership SPZ
Thermoplan is a member of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation (Nottwil). We pay for the membership for you and your family members (spouse, children up to the age of 18).
