Latte Art at World Championship Level
Our Black&White4 Competizione supports championship participants at the highest level. With its precision and outstanding performance, artists can fully focus on their latte art creations. Since January 2024, the Competizione has been the first fully automatic machine to be officially designated as the machine of the Latte Art World Championships – a milestone in competition history. Thanks to its intelligent steam wand and AirSteam® function, it produces perfect milk foam fully automatically. Alternatively, the AutoSteam function offers complete control over air intake and foam consistency. The integrated temperature sensor constantly monitors the ideal milk temperature.
Diversity with Dual Milk Solution
Alternative milk options like oat or almond milk have become essential for cafés, hotels, and restaurants. Thermoplan’s fully automatic coffee machines deliver excellent foam and maximum flexibility with any milk variety. The Black&White4 impresses with its dual milk solution: two separate milk containers in the spacious refrigerator can be individually filled with any type of milk and processed at the push of a button. For added capacity, the fully automatic machine can be equipped with an under-table refrigerator. Alternatively, the Milk-in-Box solution ensures efficient handling without the need for refilling – hygienic and time-saving.
The Black&White4 CTMplus also excels in variety. Its integrated milk wand draws alternative milk directly from its original packaging and dispenses it via the standard outlet. Additionally, the wand allows milk to be frothed directly in a pitcher from the refrigerator – ideal for professional latte art and creating an authentic barista experience.
