Review Südback 2024
Thermoplan appeared at the trade fair for the first time with a more compact stand concept of 64 m² and proved that size is not everything - the attractively designed stand was very well received by visitors. Despite the somewhat quieter start at the weekend, the trade fair was very well attended on Monday and Tuesday and it was possible to exchange ideas with many interested customers.
The range of machines on display generated consistently positive feedback. In particular, the fully automatic machines' ability to process milk alternatives in different variations aroused great interest. Numerous guests were enthusiastic about the high-quality milk drinks, which were prepared with both conventional and milk alternatives such as oat or soy milk. The foam quality and taste were convincing across the board.
The dedicated teamwork on the stand was also very special. Thermoplan and the supporting partners worked hand in hand, which created a cheerful and motivated atmosphere. The assistance of the partners was very valuable and we are looking forward to the upcoming follow-up work. The numerous leads and contacts will be followed up together in the coming weeks. The next Südback will take place in 2026. Thermoplan is excited to see how the trade fair concept will develop and looks forward to continuing to inspire the bakery industry with innovative products.
The conclusion of Südback also marks the successful end of the 2024 trade fair year for Thermoplan. There are some exciting trade fair appearances on the agenda again next year.
