The neo is child's play to set up thanks to step-by-step instructions and animated prompts. Thanks to the user-friendly software and clear product overview, using this fully automatic coffee machine has never been easier. Preset recipes enable immediate use and the high-resolution 10-inch display can be customised with pictures and videos. In the served area, the queue function is convincing, drinks are entered continuously and you can concentrate on the most important thing: the guest.
Sustainability is very close to our hearts. At our site in Weggis, we run our production 100% from renewable energies. We produce over 10% of the electricity with our own photovoltaic system. The Black&White4 neo uses a thick-film instantaneous water heater instead of a boiler, which only heats the water when needed. This means that the appliance does not remain in stand-by mode. Our customer can also directly influence the carbon footprint, because the Black&White4 neo processes all milk alternatives just as excellently as conventional cow's milk at the touch of a button.

The integrated cooling unit for milk or milk alternatives has a volume of three litres.
The neo can be equipped with a steam lance for heating and frothing milk and milk alternatives.
Depending on your needs, we produce your coffee machine with one or two coffee grinders. Each bean container holds 750 grams of coffee beans.
The neo has a manual insert for coffee powder. This allows you to offer decaffeinated drinks in no time at all.
With the cup detection sensors, the system checks the position and size of the placed cup. Transparent materials are also detected without any problems.
For maximum operating safety, the machine can be equipped with sensors to monitor the fill level of the drip tray, fresh and waste water tanks, beans and milk tank.
The neo can be lacquered in six special colours on request: Black, White, Rose Gold, Hibiscus, Bronze and Nickel.
To make your neo even more individual, it can be painted in all RAL colours.
The separate spout allows hot water, for example for tea, at the touch of a button.
The integrated water tank comprises 4 litres and fulfils two functions: as a container for fresh water and as a descaling agent container for cleaning. The water level is measured by a sensor.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the bean hopper, refrigerator, water tank, set drawer and service door incl. display can be closed.
A fixed water connection is available as an option. Instead of the feet in the standard version (15 mm), higher feet are installed (57 mm).
The neo can be equipped with a direct set ejector, which allows maximum autonomy of the coffee machine.
Optionally, the coffee machine can be extended with a separate cup warmer, which offers space for 100 - 150 cups.
If required, the neo can also be connected to an external payment system.
